This is the position of Teaching Assistant within the Hopkinton Public School district. DUTIES:
Under the supervision of the Teacher, the duties of the Teaching Assistant will vary, depending upon assignment to the position of SpEd Instructional Assistant or SpEd Personal Care Assistant.

Requirements: To be considered qualified for the position of Teaching Assistant, candidates must have:
  1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, in a related field;
  2. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to children and adults;
  3. Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Education in a related field, while not required, considered a plus;
  4. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and assignment
