Leading Strategically for Equitable and Excellent Outcomes

Rachel Curtis and Liz City

This program is an 8-month cohort experience for district teams making progress on a district equity priority, updated and strengthened from the 2025-2026 pilot. Teams of three or more (Superintendent plus at least two other leadership team members) will identify a district priority—nascent or well underway—with an explicit connection to equity. Team members will think about their individual and collective leadership as they work to lead themselves, others, and the system to address the priority.
