- Dr. Michael Jette, the new Superintendent of Hull Public Schools, is featured in The Hull Times for presenting his entry plan and goals for the year ahead.
- Maricel Goris, Deputy Superintendent for Lynn Public Schools, is featured in the Daily Item for her selection in Cohort 6 of DESE’s Influence 100 program.
- The School Committee has extended the contract of Nantucket Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Elizabeth (Beth) Hallett by an additional three years – through June 30, 2029.
- Three Massachusetts Superintendents are featured in the latest issue of SchoolCEO Magazine for innovative leadership practices:
- Dianne Kelly, Revere Public Schools, “Not the Same Old Story: How Dr. Dianne Kelly is working to rewrite the K-12 rule book.”

- The School Committee has extended the contract of Bill Runey, Superintendent of the Dighton-Rehoboth Regional School District, by an additional three years – through June 30, 2028.
- Aaron Polansky, Superintendent-Director of Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School, was recently inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.
- Dr. Sonia Dinnall, the new Superintendent of Springfield Public Schools, was featured in New England Public Media on plans and priorities for the new school year.
- The Chelsea Record highlighted the work of Dr. Almi Abeyta, Superintendent of Chelsea Public Schools, and her leadership team to launch the Chelsea Children’s Cabinet.
- Andrew O’Leary, Superintendent of New Bedford Public Schools, published a commentary in the New Bedford Light about school segregation.
