Job Description
Watertown Public Schools at the Cunniff Elementary School is seeking a full-time (1.0) Elementary General Music and Choral and Instrumental Music Teacher.

The ideal candidate will share a commitment to active music-making for all students and will have experience with students from varying backgrounds, English Learners, and students with differing learning styles. The position requires a passion for inclusive instruction that creates a classroom environment of joy, creativity, and curiosity.

General music instruction for students in Kindergarten through fifth grade, assisting with the elementary instrumental program in fourth and fifth grade, and developing and promoting a choral program.

The Cunniff is a new building with a beautiful learning space, a collaborative staff, a supportive administration, and a wonderful community.

Applicants with experience in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment are encouraged to apply. Candidates with Kodaly and/or Fierabend experience are ideal.
