MassPartners for Public Education

MassPartners was formed in 1999 around the common goal of improving learning for students across the Commonwealth.  Member partners include representatives from professional public organizations including; the American Federation of Teachers Massachusetts, Massachusetts Association of School Committees, Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents, Massachusetts School Administrators Association, Massachusetts Parent Teacher Association and the Massachusetts Teachers Association.  These organizations often represent different perspectives but they share a deep commitment to collaborate around current issues which support students in meeting rigorous learning and performance standards.  The group also meets with the Commissioner of Education and State Legislators to influence the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education policy and the legislative agenda.
