At the Project Equity forum in Fitchburg, Superintendent Robert Jokela reminded the state that this is not a geographic issue or a partisan issue, that these students are “all our kids.”
And in Malden, Brockton Superintendent Kathleen Smith called on everyone to be advocates for students in every area of the state – urban, suburban, and rural.
