The 28th Annual Paul J. Andrews Executive Institute, which will be held from Tuesday, July 12, 2022-July 14, 2022 at the Sea Crest Resort/Mashpee High School. As in past years, there will also be special events on Monday, July 11th which will include the Hack and Hope Golf Tournament, the New Superintendent’s Induction Program, the Urban Superintendent’s Workshop, and the Family Barbecue.
The theme for this year’s Institute is Looking Ahead: Promoting Equity, Wellness, Academic Achievement and a Culture of Care for All which will focus on the visionary and servant leadership necessary to create a safe and supportive culture throughout our districts and communities.
Sadly, for the first time, the person who the Institute was so deservedly named after, Paul J. Andrews, will not be in attendance because of his passing on January 1st. However, the PD Committee and the M.A.S.S. Staff of Tom Scott, Chris McGrath, Mary Bourque, and Erica Hedrick are committed to continuing the excellence of this Institute and the legacy of Paul J. Andrews.
We encourage you to attend this year’s Paul J. Andrews Executive Institute to give yourself the recharging that you need as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent. We hope you are looking forward to attending the Institute as much as the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents and the Professional Development Committee enjoy bringing it to you for our 28th year.
