Job Description
Watertown Public Schools is seeking a part-time (0.4) District Strings Instructor.

The ideal candidate will share a commitment to active music-making for all students and will have experience with students from varying backgrounds, English Learners, and differing learning styles. The position requires a passion for inclusive instruction that creates an instrumental environment of joy, creativity, and curiosity.


  • Strings instruction for elementary students
  • Assisting at the secondary level
  • Publicity and promotion of the program
  • Creating performance opportunities
  • Communicating with learning partners
  • Creating community connections
