Job Description


The Athletics Team Assistant position is designed to assist the Head Coach in various duties at the discretion of the Head Coach. Some of the duties, which may be assigned are as follows:

1. Scouting opponents
2. Assist in coaching at practice or games
3. Analyze game strategy
4. Implementation of skill development
5. Coverage on bus trips
6. Video analysis of games
7. Statistical analysis of games
8. Coach a specific position due to expertise (examples: goalie coach in hockey, pitching coach in baseball or softball)
