With over 20 years of experience in education operations across public K-12, private K–12, and higher education, Erica Hedrick is dedicated to supporting systems that enable educators and students to succeed. Since 2018, she has served as Director of Operations at the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents, where she manages day-to-day logistics, sponsor relations, event planning, and membership support. Her previous roles include working in external affairs at Austin Preparatory School and in residential life at Endicott College, St. John’s University, and University at Buffalo. These experiences have deepened her belief in the transformative power of education and the value of mission-driven leadership. Erica earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Canisius College—two Jesuit institutions that shaped her commitment to service, integrity, and lifelong learning. She is also a proud member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit honor society recognizing academic excellence, loyalty, and service. She lives in Burlington, Massachusetts, with her husband and their two wonderful boys.
