IDEAS: Educator Conference

IDEAS EDUCATOR CONFERENCE 2024

For the first time since 2019, IDEAS will hold an in-person Educator Conference on Saturday, April 27, 2024. The conference will convene teachers, principals, superintendents, DEI directors, METCO directors, School Committee members, and other educators from across the Commonwealth for a day of learning, sharing, and networking.

Schools and districts across Massachusetts are striving to deepen their work in anti-racism, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, often while facing backlash and resistance. The IDEAS Educator Conference is a powerful opportunity to learn new strategies and engage with other courageous educators who are committed to social justice and eradicating racism and other forms of prejudice from our schools and communities.
